It was my best friends graduation this summer. She graduated from Bedford University with a first in Childhood and Youth Studies. Even though the past few years she's been at uni haven't always been the happiest or easiest time, she has pushed through and come out on top. She has worked so hard to get to where she is now, and I am so very proud of her. Plus she looked absolutely beautiful in her graduation dress.
Apart from a few moments when she began to stress out over things the day went smoothly. The day began with buckets of rain while we were getting ready to go, but by the time we got to Bedford the rain had stopped just in time to take photos with friends and family. The ceremony itself wasn't too long which is always a good thing. After taking some more photos, we then headed to a nice restaurant to have dinner with her family. All in all the day was a huge success and everyone was all so proud of her. Now she has to go and do grown up thing, like moving out, and getting a job.
