I am down in Whitstable visiting my wonderful boyfriend, and whilst I am here the Oyster Festival is on. On Sunday we went down to the harbor to check out the food stalls and get some grub. We had our first oyster whist be where there. It was, well, interesting. I don't understand why you would eat them like that, but I can imagine them being quite nice cooked.
We also tried out some local ciders while we were wandering round the harbor.
