Last month I came across a thing called Bullet Journaling. A bullet journal is basically a diary planner that you create yourself. There are many different way in which you can create your bullet journal and make it your own. So it's all about trying different things and finding out what works best for you.
I really liked the idea of a bullet journal so I started my own this August. I thought it would be a really good way of planning out my third year of uni and getting more organised in life. Also I love writing and getting creative.
I started by looking at other people's bullet journals and watching videos about them. I started my own Pinterest board so I could gather ideas and inspiration for my own. I found that most people use Moleskine notebooks with either squared or dotted paper, however I went with an A5 wirobound Pukka Pad.
One key feature that occurs in most peoples journals are trackers. Trackers are a way of being able to, well, track things. You may want to track things such as habits you may want to quit or start.
So far I am really getting along with my journal and enjoying creating my pages. My journal is quite minimalistic and structured but that's just the way I like it. You can get as creative or simple with it as you like. There are no real rules.

Day 3
My day didn't go as well as the others did. I had stayed round my boyfriend's house the night before, and he made be giant crumpets for breakfast. I then had a shake for lunch, which was good, then then had curry with friends for dinner. Oh and a slice of cheesecake for pudding. oopsy. So it didn't go so well, but I still going to stick with it.

Day 2
Today went quite well, I did a lot of resisting today though. For breakfast I had a vanilla shake, which was really nice. While I was at uni my friends all went and got food and was eating all around me, but surprisingly it didn't make me hungry, or crave anything. For lunch I went over to my boyfriends house and he cooked us burgers. For dinner I had a strawberry shake as I'd had a meal already today, and then a snack thing.

Day 1
First day has started off really well. For breakfast I had a strawberry shake, which tasted really nice and the consistency was fine. I was at uni today so I took a pack of the Ultra Slim Sweet Thai Chilli Soy Potato Snacks with me, then had a chocolate shake when I got home. The snacks are really tasty, and the chocolate shake is okay. To stop myself from getting hungry and then caving in and eating something, I've been chewing sugar free gum. For dinner I had half a pack of Tesco Italian Spinach And Ricotta Tortellini, with a sprinkle of cheese.

Time to lose some weight.
I'm not one for dieting or at least sticking to one anyway, but the other day I was staring at myself in the mirror and I just hated the way I looked. So I think its time to do something about it. Tomorrow I will be starting a new diet. I'm going to be using Tesco's Ultra Slim shakes, one in the morning for breakfast, one for lunch, then a healthy meal for dinner.
My mum once did the Slim Fast meal and lost a ton of weight and looked amazing! I'm going to be using Tesco's own make, as it's much cheaper and practically the same. I've been trying to look for reviews and such online but there isn't much out there, so I will be recording my progress and experience.
At the moment I weigh 11st 7, and want to get down to at least 9st. I will try and put a diary entry in each day mainly so I can keep track on my progress.

Blue Jeans
I recently bought some new high waisted jeans from H&M. I have already got two pairs of jeans from H&M, as I find that they fit my figure the best. I always have a problem finding the right length to fit me as I'm a shorty. I looked online to see what jeans they had and saw some high waisted ankle jeans, so when to my local to try some on. Although they are meant to be ankle jeans they fit like normal jeans on me, which was just what I wanted anyway. I bought them in a light blue denim and a dark blue denim.
I love they way they fit and how comfy they are, and because they are high waisted they will be easily versatile.

The Perfect Jeans!
I've always struggled to find a pair of jeans that fit me right, so for a few years I gave up trying and just wore leggings. I decided it was time to try again as there are so many different types of jeans and so many places to look. I particularly wanted high waisted jeans as I think they are very versatile. I first had a look in Primark where I tried on a few pairs but found that although they fitted me round the legs nicely they were way too big around my waist and hips. The next shop I tried was Topshop. I had heard good reviews from different places all saying good things, so I gave them a go. I tried on a couple of pears and found that they fitted really nicely, but I was put off by the price. So I decided I would look around some more and if I didn't find any others I would come back and buy them. I then went into H&M. Their sizing is done in inches so I picked up a few around the size I thought I would fit. I found the perfect size and was pleased at how they fitted. They fit nicely round the legs and around my hips and waist. They feel super comfy, plus the price isn't too high. The fact that the jeans are done in inches really helps, as you can find the perfect size for you. I am so happy that after 5 years of not wanting to go through the hassle of trying out jeans and the disappointment of not finding any that fit right, had come to an end.

Dear Diary
I have loved writing ever since I can remember. When I was very young I would write in the front of my story books, or make little paper books. The things I write in them wasn't spelt correctly or make much sense but I loved doing it! I then later began writing a diary, and still write one to this day. My earlier diaries are full of silly things like what crushes I had at the time and things about friends and family.
I find that writing in my diary is very relaxing and a good way to unwind at the end of the day. I will write about what I've done in the day, how I'm feeling, what dreams I've had, all sorts really. Its just a really good way for me to express my feeling and emotion without fear of judgement from others.
I keep all of my past diaries in my memory box. Three of them are from when I was younger, and the others are from the past few years. The diaries from the past few years are all from Paperchase, and are hand stitched.
I have recently filled up one diary and started a new one, which was perfect timing as I'm starting a new year at uni. I got my boyfriend to pick one out for me as I wanted it to be a little more special to me. He picked the one with the Eiffel Tower on the front, which makes its even more special and sentimental as he took me to Paris for my 21st birthday!

New Hair Straighteners & Hair Dryer
I have been in desperate need of some new hair straighteners and a new hair dryer for quite a while now. I had been looking around on the internet for good reviews and there are so many out there. Most are really expensive too. I was looked on Amazon and thought I could just buy a cheap pair for the time being and get some better ones later on. I got both the straighteners and hair dryer as a deal, as well as a Toni & Guy heat protection spray.
I am so glad I got these and will not be buying some better ones as these are fabulous! I am pleasantly surprised at how good the straightners are. Even though the straightners only have two temperature settings they work like a charm! Both products left my hair feeling so smooth and soft. I dont have to straighten my hair very much after using the hair dryer, which is brilliant as I don't like putting lots of heat on my hair.
So over all I am extremely happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for some new, good, and reasonably priced straighteners and hair dryer.

Back in Pompey!
I'm back in Pompey and all unpacked and settled in! Its so nice to be back, although it's still a little lonely here as not all my friends have moved back yet. Everyone in my house should be moved in by Monday. It will be so nice when everyone is back together again.
I've changed my room around from how it was when I got here and all my stuff is unpacked and put in place. I'm loving the way my room look right now. I went into town on my second day so I could by bedding, and a bunch of other stuff I need. I had brought a single duvet and double bottom sheet with me, as well as some pillows.
I went into Primark to look for bedding and managed to pick up a 13.5 tog double duvet and some covers to go on them. I also picked up two jasmine fragrance diffusers, which I put in the kitchen and bathroom. I also went to Poundland to buy shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. Lastly I went into Wilkos and picked up a laundry bin, a small basket to put my bathroom things into, a soap dish, and two plastic cups to put our tooth stuff into.
There are still a few more things that I want to get for my room, but for now I'm liking how it looks and feels.
